By using FYHR Pro services through the FYHR platform, you agree to these Terms. FYHR Pro includes eight AI‑powered HR tools—AskHR+, Process+, Policy+, HR HQ, TotalComp, JD Builder+, SmartHire, and Learning Lab—and associated services.

Access is subscription‑based, offered on monthly or annual plans. No long-term contracts are required; you can cancel anytime via your account settings. Fees are as posted on the platform and may be updated with prior notice.

You agree to use FYHR Pro for lawful, internal business purposes only. You must not reverse engineer, distribute, resell, or misuse the platform. Sharing login credentials outside of your organization is prohibited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all actions taken under your account.

All platform content—including policies, templates, and reports—is owned by FYHR or licensed third parties. You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive license to use outputs for your internal business needs.

FYHR may update the platform, tools, pricing, or terms at any time with notice.

FYHR reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms or misuse. You may cancel access at any time through account settings.

The service is provided “as-is.” FYHR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages. Your maximum liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the prior 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold FYHR harmless against claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which FYHR is headquartered, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules.

Personal Data: name, associated email, and billing details.
Usage Data: platform activity, IP address, device and browser information, and log files.

Fair Use Policy

This Fair Use Policy ensures all users access FYHR Pro responsibly and within intended usage levels.

Users should employ FYHR Pro for normal business workloads, such as generating HR documents, running compensation analyses, and building HR process guides with reasonable frequency.

Excessive or abusive behavior includes:
Mass‑automated requests beyond typical use,
Bulk generation outside the scope of internal HR purposes,
Unauthorized redistribution of platform-generated outputs.
FYHR reserves the right to define what constitutes unreasonable or abusive usage.

If a breach is identified, FixYourHR (FYHR) may:
Notify you to adjust usage,
Temporarily limit or suspend account access,
Impose additional charges for usage beyond fair thresholds,
Terminate access for repeated misuse.
